Garrett Crabb is a creative producer and operator with over fifteen years of experience leading productions and the organizations built around them. Trained as a painter, he brings a visual instinct and problem-solving mindset to everything he touches, from brand campaigns and product launches to competitive work and the full operational infrastructure that makes any of it possible.
On set, that means producing. Off set, it has meant writing policy, building out physical spaces, drafting contracts, developing systems, sourcing talent, and being the person the team can count on when something needs to get done. He works best alongside driven, collaborative people, and takes as much pride in building strong teams as he does in delivering exceptional work.
His experience spans Ogilvy, Friendshop, and Something Different, where he spent nearly a decade as Special Ops and Head of Production, serving both the creative vision and the people executing it.
The ingenuity, the improvisation, the ability to make difficult things look inevitable while keeping everyone aligned and moving forward. That's the part that never makes it to the reel, but it's the part that matters most.
